Do you remember when I mentioned that, depending on your role within your organization, you needed to prepare for some amazing belly laughs or some sudden fainting spells?
Well, when I was writing that disclaimer, I was thinking about chapter 5, Management, of Extreme Agility, by Michael Küsters:
